Easy Directions from Virginia
- On Rt. 495, 1/2 mile after crossing the Cabin John bridge into Maryland, take exit 39 for River Rd. (Rt.190) towards Washington
- After 2 miles, left onto Goldsboro Rd.(at light)
- After 1 mile, right onto Bradley Blvd.(light)
- After 1 mile, right onto Wisconsin Ave. (light)
- Take 2nd right onto Norwood Dr.—follow to the end

Easy Rules
- The disc may be advanced in any direction by completing a pass to a teammate, but players may not run with the disc. When a pass in not completed (e.g. out of bounds, drop, block, interception), the defense takes possession of the disc and becomes the offense. Easy!
- A goal (1 point) occurs by completing a pass to a player in the end zone.
- Ultimate stresses the "Spirit of the Game"—good sportsmanship and fair play. Competitive fun is encouraged, but never at the expense of respect between players, adherence to the rules, and the basic joy of play.
